We met with Securitize in Silicon Valley just over two years ago. Since our initial meeting, Securitize has made several significant strides in the digital security industry and we believe they are the perfect transfer agent for our global launch of TurnCoin.
Securitize is one of the few exchanges in the world approved by the SEC to assist in the primary issuance of digital securities, in addition to handling the secondary trading of digital securities on their Alternative Trading System.
Additionally, Securitize have raised over $1 billion over the past few years from some of the world’s most considerable blockchain funds and traditional banks, including Banco Santander and a top-four American bank. The strength of their investor base speaks to their capabilities and underscores the fact that they are the key digital securities marketplace in the United States.
As part of our partnership with them, they will act as The SEC-registered transfer agent as well as onboard investors and complete the “Know Your Client” (KYC) process.
In the meantime, we are progressing with our expert advisors and Securitize to finalize our Tokenomics and list pricing level, bolstered by a comparable companies valuation report.
Considering that an NBA-focused 2-year-old NFT firm recently raised $305 million and is nearing a $7.5 billion valuation, we feel incredibly confident that the NFT and digital collectibles markets are perfectly primed for TurnCoin’s launch on the world stage.
VirtualStaX and the StaX App are launching late 2021.
TurnCoin is available for investment on turncoin.com, with further credibility added by its partnership with Securitize.io as its registered transfer agent.
