After the voluntary liquidation of Silvergate Bank, formally the payment provider for StaX.app, TheXchange entered into high-level negotiations with Keith Rossman, President of MoonPay, and their team to integrate the global launch of our VirtualStaX Ambassadors with MoonPay’s on-and-off-ramp suite of products to provide a seamless experience for converting between fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies, using all major payment methods including debit and credit card, local bank transfers, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
MoonPay is active in more than 160 countries and is trusted by 300+ leading wallets, websites, and applications to accept payments and defeat fraud.
Replacing the services of Silvergate Bank with MoonPay’s global suite of on/off-ramp interfaces will enable StaX.app Users to fund their StaX Wallets through more payment options and lower fees, while expanding our global reach for StaX.app by approximately 60%.
The technical integration with MoonPay’s global suite of payment options has now been completed for StaX.app and TheXchange’s Tech team is currently conducting extensive testing for all payment options in all countries globally where VirtualStaX will be accessible.
